Earlier this January, Caroline and I headed down to Baja for a few days to trade in mountains and snow for sand and sun. As much as I love Colorado, I still struggle with how little I see the ocean these days which is exactly why this trip was so great.
Our destination was San Jose Del Cabo, which lies just twenty miles from the popular tourist trap that is Cabo San Lucas on the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. With its 18th-century Spanish colonial architecture and laid-back local scene, San Jose del Cabo provides a low-key and authentic Baja experience.
Till next time Baja...
